This was my first home inspection. Nathan was fun and fast. He appeared confident in his knowledge and skills. He took the time to show me areas of concern and explain them. I would have liked to have seen an inspector checklist from which he worked. He seemed to do it in his head. That made me a little nervous only because this was my first one. Overall it was a positive experience. His support staff was also kind and professional.
