My daughter and I were extremely pleased with the professional way in which Nathan did our inspection of the property we were thinking of purchasing. Nathan gives a very thorough inspection of the properties that he is inspecting. I am not so sure that the sellers are that happy with the inspection, I sure was. He made sure that we understood how things worked with all aspects of the property. From my stand point it is better to know what the property has in store for people as the buyers. I will use him again in the future and I recommend him to anyone that is purchasing a property. Thank you to Scott and Nathan for doing a great job.
