Flat out a great choice and a great experience. Being first time home buyers we were inexperienced and a little nervous with the overall process of buying a home. We did a lot of research on who to hire and what services to acquire, read tons of reviews and were picky picky picky. After reading searching and reviewing, we thought Nathan Fairchild was the man for the inspection job. And boy were we right! He was thorough, educational and very passionate about his job. He was objective and pointed every little detail out. With the knowledge and experience he provided to us we were able to negotiate our contract and eliminate some serious issues. I have known Nathan over 2 years. He was highly recommended by a friend as a home inspector with a keen eye for detail. He inspected a house for us in 2014 at Lone Tree from top to bottom and found all the pluming issues that lead us into a molded area in the huge crawl space. His detailed report was impressive. We did not purchase that house due to concerns raised by that report and other issues. In 2015 we looked at another house at Castle Pines with Nathan, Jamal and his wife. Jamal and his wife were also very detail oriented and very informative. They found all the issues with the house and were correct when they ID’ed the basement out of spec and without permit. That house we did not purchase either. Our final inspection in 2016 (third is a charm) lead us to our dream home… Again another detailed inspection with Nathan, Kevin and Jeff… Jeff is an other upcoming star of the safe home inspection with knowledge and helpful attitude of this team of professionals we got used to. Kevin found a very small crack on a segment of the sewer pipe that may or may not lead to a major issue (city to decide). However our most recent home search turns out, Safe Home Investments is The home inspection company we will always call due to their knowledge, level of detail and curtesy.

I am a first time home buyer and I hired Nathan for a sewer scope and radon test. To start I needed these tests ASAP due to our contract. Nathan was all tied up but was able to make this happen for us the day we called which is just above and beyond of him. I had a family friend who did the actual home inspection for me. Not only did Nathan do an excellent and through job with the radon and scope but he took the time to even advise me on actual home inspections that we didn’t even pay him for. He mentioned certain things that can be health risks to our family he saw in the home, which he wasn’t even paid for. He let me call him time and time again for questions and recommendations outside of just the radon and sewer scope and was more than happy to help me. I understand the summary and then the body but just seems like too much verbiage. I hesitated to print it out at 50 pages for a 1200 Sq Ft condo. My client thought you did a great job! I appreciate that! However, the homeowner complained about the way the home was left (for instance) 1. The gate was left open for their dog to escape. 2. Areas where dirt, debris, etc had fallen on floors, counters, etc. A couple other things I don’t remember off the top of my head. I know thats not normal for you – therefore I thought it was worth mentioning.
