Hi Nathan, Really enjoyed your inspection style and how you related to the homeowner, the home buyers and me, the realtor. Your report seems wordy and repetitive. I understand the summary and then the body but just seems like too much verbiage. I hesitated to print it out at 50 pages for a 1200 Sq Ft condo. Don’t know if it’s a standard form for this company which can’t be changed or if you might find ways to shorten it. Thanks for your on time, pleasant, and thorough inspection. Rob J.
