Great job, Nathan. Nathan’s thoroughness in identifying all the needed work was instrumental knowledge to keep us from over-paying. We almost walked on the property since there were so many items, but his ability to explain must-fixes vs. cosmetic repairs gave us the confidence and leverage to negotiate the seller down by 7%! I also appreciated Nathan’s light-hearted, easy-to-talk-to nature, especially amidst the stress inherent with a home-purchase. Nathan is my new inspector moving forward and I highly recommend him.
