Small leaks can lead to large problems!

A small leak in your shower can lead to big problems! This is a picture of the inside of a wall where a shower was leaking. The mold wasn’t visible on the finished side of the wall.

If you see any type of mold, or think there might be mold in your home, have an inspection done. A small problem can lead to a large problem if it is not addressed. Remember that mold will grow if it has a source of moisture, and a source of food. If the affected area is not remedied  it will eventually cause structural problems, and may also cause serious health affects to humans and animals.
