Nathan did a very thorough job. Took the time to explain to me what he was looking for and why something was a problem and how it might be fixed.

Nathan did a great job, and arrived early. He was very thorough in his inspection approach. At this point we feel well informed as to the house, and what is needed before and after we get the keys.
